SCC Styles — Booking & Service Policies A $ deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future bookings will require full payment upfront. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. Client Satisfaction Policy Your happiness matters to me! If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, please reach out within the timeframe below so I can make it right: • Nail services: within 7 days • Hair services: within 14 days Please note: • Kindly contact me first before visiting another salon or attempting to fix the issue • After these timeframes, any adjustments may be subject to additional charges Underage Client Policy Clients under 18 must have a parent, guardian, or the person responsible for payment present at the consultation to approve services and pricing. Exceptions may be made for: • Clients paying for their own services • Returning clients receiving a service they’ve had before
